To begin with, individual efforts are too small to be counted in the battle against global climate change if compared with the government and large business initiatives. Since, global climate change is a phenomena that has a huge impact on the existence of mankind, small scale individual efforts are no longer counted as a help. For example, as deforestation is one of the causes of global climate change and it is performed by a group of miscreants, authorities like goverments have the power to fight against it. In short, although individuals are helpful in some cases, government and large business initiatives are important to prevent global climate change.
On the other hand, even though governments and large business may take large scale decisions and initiate projects to battle global climate change, efforts from every individuals are also necessary. If every individual is aware of the key reasons of the global climate chage and act accordingly, their cumulative efforts will create a huge impact. For instance, if every individual knows that deforestation is harmful for the global climate, they can stop deforestation themselves which may help the government to think about other factors of climate change. Thus, there are often cases when individual efforts can be even better than government initiatives which in other way helps the government to think about other things.

While other people assume that only governments and large businesses can make a difference to prevent climate change. This essay will discuss both of the arguments and explain why both individuals and govenments are responsible in making this world a better place to live in.
Climate change is nowadays a hot topic and it should be so. It is high time we should think about our planet and take responsibility to save our home for the sake of living species as well as for our future generation. Each and every individual should take part in this regard and fulfill their responsibility. For instance, every individual should be aware of global warming and the reasons behind it. Thus, they can plant trees which will produce oxygen and reduce carbon dioxide in the air. In addition, they can use eco friendly things and avoid things namely plastic bags, plastic bottles etc. which are harmful for our sea species.
However, sometimes it is very tough to fight against climate change if government does not support in this regard. For example, if government does not ban plastic bags, plastic bottles then some people may use it which is detrimental for our planet. So, unless government helps, it is difficult to make a change in a society. Again, we know that carbon emission from vehicles is responsible for climate change. So, our government and businessman both have to find altenatives to personal cars which is increasing by thousands on each day.
In conclusion, our climate is changing in an alarming rate. Natural disasters have been increased in a large amount. The solution to this problem lies on the hands of individuals, government and large businesses. Government can make laws which will help to prevent climate change but every individual also has to obey and act accordingly.
