Before you listen- understand the table:
Before listening, you will be given 30 seconds to have a look on your questions. To have the idea of those questions, just follow the following strategies:
1. Predict, what are you going to listen
2. Think how the table has been organized. Just try to understand the chronology of the table’s heading.
3. Guess, what type of answer the question might demand
4. Look for some grammar like articles, preposition, adjective and an adverb. It will help you to think about the questions.
5. Think what the table is about and how many speakers are talking about the topic of the table.

There is one question in Workshop column, 2 questions in Content column and 3 questions in Target Group.

We know group of anything consist of age or qualification. So, to answer the question, you will only listen the particular age group or qualification.
