The wonderful event, which l remember is Pahela Boishak, a traditional Bengali festival of Bangladesh.
In 2014, I, along with, my friends participated that gorgeous event to celebrate the Bengali New Year.
When I reached the Ramana Bot omul, I found an astonishing view which made me spellbound. All the area was adorned with lovely fresh flowers and colorful magical clothes. It seemed to me I was in a fairy land. After an hour the program began with some melodious patriotic songs which were sung by the renowned singers of Bangladesh. Those patriotic songs made me enchanted and stimulate my patriotic feelings. I sensed myself as a true Bengali. I also found some girls and boys who wore some charming colorful dresses to welcome the first day of the Bengali New Year. When I lost myself among my friends, I forgot the whole world.
As it was a sublime event, it had a great impact on my life. I could understand the value of my own culture which made me more patriotic. This lovely enchanting event not only gave me pleasure, but also provided me some thoughtful ideas to lead my life.
